I bought a o2 my Prepaid S simcard at O2 Store in East Side Mall in Berlin. I was charged 30 EUR in total. I notice it should cost only 9.99 EUR. Is there a 20 EUR activation fee ?

unfortunately, I can't give you any more information at the moment. If you do not have an invoice or anything from the shop that we can use to determine an incorrect calculation, our hands are unfortunately tied.
In this case, I'm afraid I'll have to refer you to the Shop.

In order to be able to say exactly what you were charged, it would be helpful if you could tell us what the receipts you were given in the shop say.
There is no activation fee for the prepaid card.

I got 2 prepaid sims S pack on different days in Feb 2022. First time I was charged with EUR 28.98 on Feb 12 and EUR 30.00 on Feb 17 for one prepaid sim S pack each. The shop did not provide me any invoice/bill for the purchase except for the card swipe bill for EUR 28.98.

I only see a new pack booking from 12.02.
But you say that you have received another card? Or another pack booking?
I'm really sorry if something went wrong in the shop. Unfortunately, when it comes to purchase transactions, the shops are the ones to contact. Have you been there again to discuss the issue?

Hi,
Yes, the number I am registered here with was purchased on Feb 12 for EUR 28.98. I got another prepaid card for my spouse on Feb 17 for which I was charged EUR 30.00. I haven’t contacted the shop yet. When I purchased the sim, the person at the shop informed that EUR 10 for prepaid S card and EUR 20 will be charged for activation. I checked online but I don't see any activation fee at all. I feel I was cheated. Hence posted here to clarify the charges if any for activation.

I had the exact same issue today. I feel I'm swindled.
