Contract number


Hello,

I bought a tariff with a Samsung phone from Samsung store.

From O2 I received an email to confirm my email but I couldn't do it because in order to register they ask for contract number that I have not received by mail yet (It has been more than one week) .

Can you help me get the contract number to register and confirm my email

I think you just need your Phone number

This would work if I already had the SIM, so they can send the password by SMS.

Hi @Arlen E

oh, I see. I have now ordered the delivery of an exchange sim-card to you. You will get the card within the next 5 working-days. 

If you see a charge on your next invoice, just come back here. You will then get a refund. 

After you have activated your sim-card, you can register at “Mein o2” and confirm your e-mail-address.

Hi,

I received my SIM card, but I cannot activate it because it is a replacement card and I have not been able to register in Mein O2 in the first place.

Can you help me activate the card or send me my contract number by message so I can log in to Mein O2.

Hi,

I could not activate it because I never received the first sim card and the letter with the contract number.

So I would appreciate if you can send it via private message.
