Concerning your wish to change your tariff from “o2 Free M” to “o2 Free Unlimited Smart”, I have the following question: 

• Is it concerning the mobile phone number that is registrated also here in our community? If yes, you already prolonged your contract for further 24 months on 7th February 2020 and changed your tariff into “o2 Free Unlimited Smart”. 
• Or do you ask for somebody else? If this is the case, please ask the o2 customer to contact us here in our o2 Community directly. Then we will check his possibilities to change his/ her contract. If the person is already registrated at “Mein o2” on our website, he/ she can also check this link: contract extension Under this link, you will either be offered the possibility of a tariff change or of prolonging the contract.

So, your friend would like to change to the tariff “o2 Free Unlimited Smart”, right?

An extension for further 24 months is not yet possible. But I have the possibility to offer him a tariff-change to the tariff “o2 Free Unlimited Smart”. The basic fee is 39,99 € per month (no tariff-change fee). 

If you like to check the tariff again, just have a look here: Unlimited tariffs 

Please confirm that you accept this tariff-change.
