Mobil number on another's person name.

I bought my SIM card at O2 shop in Munich back in June / 18. After 2 weeks, I logged into my O2 website and app. Then I realized it was someone else's name. I came back to the store and asked to change my name. The change was completed, at least for one month. Then it changed back to this other person.

I'm trying every week to go to the same store and ask them to fix it. What they say to me? You need the signature of this person, former owner of the number, to change it. I think I just bought another number of people, pretending it was new. Now I have my personal data, bank account, address, etc, attached to a different name.

I just want to have it in my name. Is that so hard?

After your form has been processed, you will receive a Post-Ident form sent to your email address. With this and your ID you go to a post office.

Hi!

You must register and activate the sim with your passport.
It is not possible to transfer the sim card only with a "change of ownership"

You need the following form: https://static2.o9.de/blob/13361914/v=3/Binary/besitzerwechselformular-o2-prepaid.pdf

I hereby certify that the previous contract holder is unknown to me and I am in possession of the SIM card.

After filling out the form and send it to o2, you will get a postident form. Use this form and an your passport to register the card.

Ok, thanks for your answer.

How should I send the form to the O2? By post or by email?

Can you please give more information about that?

Thanks

Ok, I just filled and went to the same shop I bought the SIM card and asked them to fax you.

Now should I just go the a post office ask for the postident form, fill it with my passport and send it to you?

Please be very specific about all the steps I need to do it because it's being 6 months I'm trying this and from the shop I could never get any help.

Thanks
