Why does o2 in Germany not have an English language option?

I was with eplus here in Germany until o2 took over. Now I appear to be stuck with o2. I have been looking at the o2 (Germany) website and it is, understandably, all in German. However, the international business language is in English. Why does o2 not offer this option on its website? Come on o2 move into the 21st century!

Hello @pmayell,

do you know that we have an English support board? You can find links to our online services, a collection of FAQs and contact details right here: https:///docs/DOC-2927

Hi

I am using O2 DSL ALL in L package from 22.12.2015 onward.  This month end my visa will expire and my management decided to send me back to India for another assignment. IN online I requested for cancellation of my O2 contract by this month end (I will be flying back to India on 30th September). After initiating the cancellation request I received a message from o2 and says that I have to call "08005900050" phone number. It was German number no "English option was not available. Could you please help me this, I am having the following documents to showcase that I am going back to my India.

1. India passport with German visa (work permit).

2. E mail communication from manger.

3. Mail communication for flight ticket booking for the return travel.

Regards,

Manith
