Vertrag

Thank you, yes, it would be better. The thing ist that it is very expensive, if I want to have over 100 Gb monthly. That is why I have ordered a new SIM. IN some day I will use a new SIM with a new Provider.

For O2 25Gb monthly I pay 16,50 Euros. I see it is not allowed to cease the Contract. That is why, I thought maybe it is possible to transfer the Contract. Otherwise, I will pay 16,50 Euros monthly till 2025.

(I wanted to terminate my Contract online - as O2 Service told - but I saw no option like that). If you helped me, I would be happy.

However, the contract runs in any case until the end of the contract and the tarif fee must also be paid for this period.

Hello @Masev ,

a contract can be transfered to another person, so if you have someone that is willing to take your contract, then that would absolutely be a possibility.

Kind regards, Sven

Hello Sven,

no, there is no one who wants to take it. I just thought maybe it can be possible to link it with my new Contract.

So, in that case I should also pay 16,50 Euros? However I will not use it.

Thanks,

What do you mean by linking it to your new contract?

If your contract costs 16.50 per month then that is what it costs whether you use it or not.

So, there is no way to get rid of it, yes? Unless I leave Germany.

“not satisfaction” cannot be a reason for you as I understood.

Hello @Masev ,

you can end a contract when it has run it’s regular contract duration or in certain exceptional cases you can end it early. Leaving Germany being one such cause.

Kind regards, Sven
