Revoke or cancel a mobile phone contract

Hello team,
I would like to cancel my O2 contract due to delayed service and lack of 5G/4G speed, even after checking the high prices on the O2 portal.
The said contract for an unlimited SIM card with a speed of 300 Mbps does not even offer 1 Mbps in repeated tests on different days and at different times of the day.

I'm fed up with this terrible service and would like to cancel the contract before the 14-day period is up.

Could you please suggest the next steps and confirm the termination of the contract?
Let me know if you have any questions.

Send your cancellation notice to widerruf@cc.o2online.de.

Hello @Customer2025,

welcome to our community. 🙂

Sorry to hear that your bandwith is very low. I guess there are at least some performance issues regarding the net coverage in your region. If you want, I can take a look into this. Could you please send me a street name near your location and the city?

Best regards,

Michi

Important is to revoke the contract, not to terminate/cancel within the 14days. Thats important

The address is Frankfurter strasse 184, 63263, Neu Isenburg.

To reiterate, I would like to cancel/revoke the contract before the 14-day period expires so that I am not obligated to pay for the next 2 years.

@Customer2025 please use the text and email from

https://www.o2online.de/assets/blobs/agb/agb-widerrufsbelehrung-mobilfunk-privatkunden/

and you could only „widerrufen“ if you close the contract online or via phone.

Hello @Customer2025,

thanks for providing an address. 🙂

I took a look into it, the 4G coverage is okay, but 5G could need a bit love in your region. 🙁 Could you try to switch 5G off to 4G/LTE only in your mobile? Maybe the bandwith gets better.

If you want to revoke your contract within the 14 days, you can use our official form which schluej posted.

Best regards,

Michi
