Dear O2 Team,
I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my SIM contract
effective from the earliest possible date, which is 25th June.
I had contacted your customer service team via phone on 16.05.2025 to initiate the cancellation. During the call, I was informed that the contract could not be cancelled over the phone and was provided with a link to complete the cancellation online.
However, upon attempting to use the provided link, I encountered an error and was unable to proceed with the cancellation. A screenshot of the error is attached for your reference.
Given the circumstances and the failed attempts to cancel through the recommended channel, please consider this email as formal written notice of my intent to cancel the contract. I kindly request written confirmation of the cancellation, including the final termination date.
