Hello, I cancelled my contract in May (contract ending August 2019). I followed the instructions online and called the number stated to confirm within 10 days. I then moved my number to another service provider but now I find out that the O2 are still taking money from my account & the contract is still running on a new number. Please can you advise who I can contact to resolve this? I only speak english so I am finding it difficult to navigate the customer service telephone line.

You had two contracts. The o2 Blue All in L Kombi was canceled at the the 30th of August 19. But the o2o, with the number 68 at the end, is not canceled. I also find no information that you had want to cancel this tariff too.
