I have a problem with changing the owner.
So, the old sim card number is +49176XXXXXXXX (owner Uktam Adkhamov)
The new sim card number is +49157XXXXXXXX ( owner Rustam Adkhamov)
I need to cancel Uktam’s contract (he is not in Germany now)
and I need the old sim card number ...457 cause I registered in many important websites with this number. When the o2 Team send me a new sim card the old one should be deactivated automatically on 6th of April and the new sim card number had to be changed to the old one.
I need your practical help
