Change to the General Terms and Conditions for your o2 landline contract with the telephone number XXXXXXX

Hello Jayanta XXXXXX,

we value you as a loyal o2 customer and thank you for your trust.

We would like to inform you that we are removing the price adjustment clause from your terms and conditions for your current internet and landline contract with effect from June 1, 2025. This clause (Section 9 of our Terms and Conditions for o2 Home products) can be found below.

If you agree to the updated terms and conditions, you do not need to do anything else.

You can terminate the contract for good cause within three months of receipt of this letter free of charge and without observing a notice period in text form (e.g. by letter, email, or online via the cancellation button on  o2.de ); by letter, for example, stating your telephone number or customer number stated above to: Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG, 90345 Nuremberg. The contract can be terminated by this termination no earlier than June 1, 2025.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us personally at 089 78 79 79 400 (Mon.–Fri. 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., Sat. 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.).

Kind regards,
Your o2 Team.

Previous section 9 of our General Terms and Conditions for o2 Home Products – IS DELETED AS ABOVE, EFFECTIVE 1 June 2025.

Did you read the email in full? It is just a change to the terms and conditions, not to your contract conditions / the price you pay.

The price adjustment clause will be removed from your contract effective June 1, 2025. o2 will then no longer be able to increase prices in your current contract.
