Hello everyone,
For the last year I was using an O2 Internet contract stipulated by my landlady. At the end of October the contract expired and she extended it. It is now under my name since the 30.10.2019.
The offer is O2 my Home M Flex. The line connection is working because I have been using the previous router up to now (FritzBox 7490). Unfortunately this router must now be returned, therefore I tried to set-up another router that I have, a FritzBox 7170. I cannot manage to get it working though, it does not connect to the DSL.
Two weeks ago I received a confirmation mail for the new contract, but there was neither a customer code nor a landline code. In this mail it was written that I would have received a second e-mail, which never arrived.
Could you help me please?
