I just checked your tariff now again. As I see, your tariff was changed to “o2 Free Unlimited Smart Flex” with a cancellation possibility of 1 month. Also your duration was changed from 24 months to 1 month.

The dealer in the O2 shop suggested me the wrong plans , which are very expensive ..After I buy the expensive plan , I come to know that there are many better plans in less amount. . Now I want to change my tarrif plan . kindly help me as soon as possible . I am very disappointed by the O2 service . Especially from that employee from who I bought the sim . He guided me very wrong .

Did you only buy a contract/rate or also a device/hardware in the shop together?
Generally, if you have concluded a contract in the shop, the shop is your contractual partner. If you are not satisfied with your new tariff, please contact the respective shop to discuss everything further.

I visit the shop from where I purchased the contract sim card of o2 but the behaviour of the employee at shop was very rude . He was not helping me even a little bit . He just told me that he can not do anything . just go . First of all he show me all the expensive tarrif plans . There were many cheap plans those are for young people were available that time but I dont know why he did not offer me those plans . The same services were available in 20 euros per month but he just sold me that plan in which the same services are in 40 euros per month . There is not my any fault . The employee at the shop misguided me . I am very disappointed from the services of o2 . Never expected that this will gona happen with me . Now only one line I hear from that employee in the shop and the customer care that you have to pay 40 euro for 24 months . There is no solution for it .

Unfortunately, it is still the case that the dealer is your contractual partner and he has to accept it. According to him, it is a revocation, if justified, to record and forward it. As long as it is the case that you have signed the contract accordingly in the shop, unfortunately we cannot do anything from our side.

I had signed the contract to pay 40 euro per month for my tarrif plan but now i received my first month bill receipt and found that o2 charged me 80 euro for one month . O2 , I want to ask you a question , why you are doing this to people like us who dont know german language . Just because we are unable to read german language and your all contract are in german language. so your employees are misguiding us , doing frauds with us . This is your customer service. seriously , I never expected this type of fraud from o2 employee . Soon , I am going to mention the address of the o2 store and name of the o2 employee , who did this fraud with me . In my life whom I gonna meet , I will aware them about o2 that how they misguide people and snatch their .money . And at the time of deducting money you never tell that oh this is a matter between you and the contractual partner . And now when we need your support you just run away . I am a victim of fraud that have done with me by o2 just only because I do not know german language .

Please look on the second page of your invoice. There you will find all the details.
At the first invoice, there will be a one time connection fee. From the second invoice on, there will be only the charge for the tarifplan.
If you have any question to a special part of the invoice, please unmark the personal things like your number and upload a screenshot hier in your post.

Yeah , I know there is written that they charge the one time fees but the thing is that when i purchased the sim card , the seller told me that I did not have to pay any charge to buy the sim . I only pay the tariff bill which is 40 euro . In simple words your representatives like your contractual partners are making people fool who dont know german language. As my example you can see that how he ( o2 shop store employee ) misguided me at everytime and did a fraud to me and after that when i visited him for my issue he talked to me very rudely .

Have you received a confirmation about the contract details? All the fees should be explained there.

I tried to talk to the shopkeeper many times but he does not talk in a good manner . Everytime he just say two lines that I can not do anything now and Tell me to get out of the shop . This is why I approached you .

And do you also have your documents that you signed in the shop? You can also upload them anonymously here. If a corresponding discount is mentioned there that may not have been transferred to the system, we can correct it accordingly.

Hello , I am an O2 customer from last 8 months and I am a student . Recently , I come to know that the dealer from who I purchased my postpaid plan , He has not mentioned anything in my contract that I am a student. Because for students there are some discounts in postpaid plans . Therefore , I want you to look at my account and do the needfull . Because , It was very disappointfull for me when I come to know that I am a student and the dealer has not uploaded anything about student plan in my account . kindly do the need full and provide me benefits of being a student .

the young people discount has to be added at contract formation, it cannot just be added in months after this. If you are still eligible, it could be added as part of a contract extension.
