Dear O2 team, 

I was received wrong bill for the months of October, November & December. 

I have been trying to contact you through whatsapp and my attempts were not successful. I am currently outside of Germany with no opportunity to call to customer service hotline.

Can I please have an email address where I can write my issue and to send screenshots?

There is no email address, the hotline is also reachable from outside Germany though.

Why do you think your invoices are wrong?


Because:

  1. In September I was charged 69 euros, out of which 43.20 euros were charged directly by the company via SEPA 
  2. In October I received a bill saying that it I owe 89 euros, which I don’t understand why if 43.20 euros were already charged from me. Then my card in October was blocked by Hauptzolammt and I was charged 153.16 euros. 
  3. After this I received a bill in November for 25 euros which I wanted to pay. However then I received a bill for 116 euros again which I don’t understand where they appeared if I already payed to Hauptzolammt 153 euros. I was not using my German sim card at all as I was outside of Germany at that time. 

I have been trying to contact you but my attempts through live chat / whatsapp chat were unsucessful. I can’t login to my O2 account because it says that there were to many attempts to login or something similar.

The moderation will be able to look at this for you but it might be 10 - 14 days before they reply to you here. Obviously something is quite odd with your invoices, but it is unclear to me what German customs has to do with your invoices from o2. What do you mean they ‘blocked your card’? Are you sure that you have been receiving legitimate invoices from o2? Have you looked at the invoices in detail? These should tell you exactly what you are being charged for each month.
