Meanwhile I have problem with the 4g LTE Signal
The speed is very slow at work 87463 and at home 85737. Especially 87463 had very weak signal reception and speed. At both sites the connection sometimes disconnected more than 10times a day. This is really inconvenient for on-line meeting. Also my contracts include unlimited data.
If this situation continues, I would like to discontinue my contract. Can you tell me how to do so?

Just send a letter to the address already given to you above. It needs to reach o2 at least one month before the contract term ends.
