Urgent"need to talk to someone from o2 concerning my handy contract and my shopping


Dear O2,

I have questions about my Contract 

 

First Question

My question is that I am really confused on my contract, I paid 46.04 EUR relationship fee. (29.07.2021)Haven't I received the ``bill'' for august now? I have to pay for this, right? Please give me deep information, live happily.
(SEPA) But the bill didn't comeSECOND QUESTIONI got it on contract last week. But I never get a single information about my apple airpods.And I check my order status. It seems to be empty in my orders checkout.I'm confused how deep your system is so let me please

Question 3rd

I just get a mobile + sim card why does it say;

Festnetznummer: 0302XXXX443 this? I don’t even have a home number and i didn’t have in my contract.

What does this mean?

Update about my ‘’rechnung ‘’ I just got it.
But still there is no information about my Apple AirPods Pro I bought later on with O2 Service.
I don’t even have  Bestellnummer It has been almost a week and i am waiting.
