Unstable Internet connection

Hello

my internet connection is very, very often unstable. Almost since two days have a disturbance. Restart, reset, I've tried every possibility. It shows 'no internet connection' in router. How I can continue? Would anyone be able to help or give any advice? Thanks.
I have the Home Spot M LTE
