unknow contract from O2

hi guys, I checked my bank account and I saw that there is a transaction for O2. in its details it mentioned the number of customers and contract. but I did not have this contract with O2. how should I know about the detail of the contract? is there any email address in this regard?

if you want we can see if we can take a look at this for you. An emailaddress where you can send this to does not exist, but you can use the "Kontaktformular" instead if you prefer that way.
