Hello! I have O2 prepaid card since 3 months now and I am still unable to recharge my prepaid card from O2 portal :( After adding credit card details, it shows fail and cannot recharge. I tried calling english customer care but they told me english customer care is only for Postpaid services. My surname for the registered number is also incorrect and it’s very important to change.
Please help me with it so I can recharge my internet instantly.
