  1. What if the duration of two prepaid tariffs overlap with each other? Am I allowed to do that?

 

  • If I used the "prepaid M" for two weeks(middle of the duration), but the data volume is used up. Can I just immediately buy another "prepaid S"? Will the old bundle conflict with each other?
  • If I used the the “prepaid Basic” for two weeks(middle of the duration), and suddenly want to buy a "prepaid M" immediately, what will happen? Will the "prepaid M" immediately become valid?
  1. I am thinking about how to transfer my phone number from prepaid lebara.de to o2 prepaid, but I only saw the toturials from the old contract to the new contract. Is it allowed to transfer to o2 prepaid?

If the data volume of a pack is used up, you can cancel it and book another one.
Your number can of course be ported from your old provider to us. Porting is now free of charge. You can order the porting in the My o2 app after activating the new SIM card with us.
