TIP: Order the number transfer and cancel freenet FUNK only after your number has been transferred. The processing of the order with your new provider takes longer than the cancellation with us. You would also not be reachable for a few days. We reserve the right to cancel the freenet FUNK contract in case of a successful number export. We do not charge anything for the number transfer. Since freenet FUNK has a daily cancellation period and you have already cancelled, you might not be reachable until your porting, which takes about a week.
Otherwise, you have done everything right. You should receive a message from o2 shortly telling you on which date your number will be ported.
