you can write us a short letter with your name, adress and your phone number for the cancellation.
There you can also mention that you want to delete the deposited bank information.
You can send us the letter to this adress:

A letter is not mandatory , you can also deactivate your active packs and dont load money on your prepaid sim.
The sim will be deactivated after a certain time.

I just wanted to cancel your active packs, but I see they were already cancelled yesterday.
You still have a remaining credit on the card, you can have this paid out (bank account within the EU), then the SIM card will also be deactivated directly. To do this, you need to send us the form for the credit payment.

Hi, i want to cancel my direct debit and delete my bank information. Although i blocked the direct debit payment from the bank. But i want o2 also to cancel my direct debit. Kindly help.
I will manually recharge my sim as per need. its a prepaid card.
