I have already asked here how to close my contract if I have no access to my personal account:
As recommended, I sent a letter of termination to the address: Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG, Kundenbetreuung, 90345 Nürnberg.
The letter has arrived to rthe destination on 25.02.2022. Since then I have not received any confirmation from o2 that my contract was terminated. Instead, I received an email saying that I have a debt towards o2. The amount is such that I have no idea where it comes from. How do I receive a detalization of this amount? Can I contact someone from o2 for that? Can I request a reconciliation act? Also, will I receive a confirmation of contract termination and when?
