Hello! 

I have already asked here how to close my contract if I have no access to my personal account: 

As recommended, I sent a letter of termination to the address: Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG, Kundenbetreuung, 90345 Nürnberg.

The letter has arrived to rthe destination on 25.02.2022. Since then I have not received any confirmation from o2 that my contract was terminated. Instead, I received an email saying that I have a debt towards o2. The amount is such that I have no idea where it comes from. How do I receive a detalization of this amount? Can I contact someone from o2 for that? Can I request a reconciliation act? Also, will I receive a confirmation of contract termination and when?

There was no need to open a new thread.

If the letter was received on 25th February then the contract should end one month after this. You will of course have to pay for the contract up to that date. Confirmation is shown on the next invoice but in the customer portal you should see the status as well.

Concerning the email, could it be that a recent payment wasn't made?

is a contract cancellation visible for you in your “mein o2” as described by @bs0? I can only agree, with what he has written concerning your issue. I hope everything worked out for you, if you need further help, please let us know.
