Hallo,

Now I have the tariff O2 my prepaid M with 15gb internet, i would like to change to the Max one. Can I change back to the M if the max gets too expensive for me?

Are you on a fixed-term contract of 24 months or a flex contract?
We can't just change a fixed-term contract like that. A change of tariff must be checked individually. However, if you change your tariff, you will pay the normal basic fee, without discounts. A further change must then also be checked again and may cost fees (when changing from a larger to a smaller contract).

What exactly is the reason why you would like to change?
