Hello,

 

I want to port my o2 prepaid sim to other service provider, My new service provider requested my sim porting but it was rejected by O2. can you please initiate the porting of my number +4917XXXXXXX93.

welcome to our o2 Community. I set the number free. Your new provider can go an get it. Please put a balance of 6,65 EUR to your account to pay the export fee.
