Hallo,

I used to live in Germany, few years ago I moved abroad but still I was using my german o2 sim card for internet banking. All of a sudden it stopped working, It is not recognised in networks. I haven't used it for anything else than recieving sms messages, haven't topped it up for a long time.

What might be the case?

good day, I have a problem, I could not use my internet and sim. It has no service. I already restart my phone and there is still no improvement. What else can I do??
 I am under a contract since November 2019. My account number is XXXXXX.

@Joe Doe Yes I pay every month for the phone and internet 


@mai mai If your bills are paid, than there is a big technical problem. Try to call the o2 hotline (089 787979400)or wait for a o2 moderator. This will up to 4 days.
