sim and puk problem


Hello, my sim card was locked because I entered my PIN incorrectly 3 times. I need to restore it but I lost my PUK code and have no access to my account on o2. 

I can't solve my problem via hotline as I don't speak German. 

Can you help me?

I turned off and on my phone and it asked for my pin number, but I ended up blocking it. 

I cannot find the card where my chip came to check the puk number. I did not bother to write it down either. I tried following the instructions on retrieving the puk number through the site, but it looks like it needs to have an account with the phone number linked. 

I tried to make this account, but it sends a password to the sms and as my phone is locked, I can not access that sms.

Is there any way to contact technical support where I could get the puk code?
