Need PUK outside country

Hello I have recently gotten the sim locked message on my iPhone and I have lost the original papers. Therefore I need a PUK code, but I am not in the country, I am travelling in Austria. I can’t call the service number because of the sim lock. How can I get the PUK code? I can’t use myo2 because that requires a confirmation code via sms.

    I have the same problem. I forgot my pin and puk number and I can’t create an O2 account, because my sim card is locked and can’t receive the sms to activate it.

    Hi @catwalsen, oh thats a pity.

    You can go to an o2 Shop, they will help you with your PUK and PIN. Please also bring your identity card.

    Mein Telefon ist gesperrt. Ich habe Puk Code eingegeben. Aber, pin number ist nicht richtig. Konnten Sie pin number mir melden ?

    Wenn du den PUK Code eingegeben hast legst du danach eine neue eigene PIN fest.

    Die legst du selber fest nach dem du den PUK eingegeben hast.

    Nächste Nachricht nach Puk Code ist : Geben Sie bitte PIN Code. Daher kann ich nicht neue eigene pin code erstellen

    Nach Puk Code muss man  pin number eingeben. Keine neue Nummer kann hergestellt werden. Das Gerate so mitteilt

    Du gibst einen neuen PIN Code an und bestätigst ihn anschließend nochmal.
