When I wanted registered in the o2 . They have told me should I pay 25 euro but right now I am paying 42 euro. This is jot correct at the my contract wrote should I pay 25 euro.
Please solve this problem. All people paying 20 until 25 euro.
But i am paying 42 euro for 10 m/s speed. This is funny.

Have you already checked your bill? Has a discount expired because it was limited or your minimum contract period is over?
For example, the o2 Free Unlimited Smart costs 39.99 EUR per month for new customers. Less for o2 customers with a discount. For young people EUR 29.99.

Da gab es ein Angebot das man 34,99 Euro Anschlusspreis und 24,99 Euro monatlicher Grundpreis bezahlt. Das kann die erste Rechnung von ~42 Euro plausibilisieren.
Dafür müsste man aber das Angebot und die Rechnung sehen um es genau sagen zu können.
