We live in Mittelbrunn and since the snow storm last night 8-April-22, we have had zero o2 mobile signal. The internet works just fine, but where we usually have fantastic signal we now have nothing. 
 

I assume the storm messed up a cell tower, but haven’t been able to find how to report the signal loss, or check to see if there is an estimated time of repair. 
 

any information would be appreciated.
