Hello @Andrascu Bogdan

With the "MyHandy" contracts, it takes a few days beyond the actual due date before the amount is actually debited. If the due date is 03.04., I think it will be visible on your bank account by next Monday or Tuesday at the latest.

but before it apperead to me incomoing transactions at commerzbank?  Is it possible that the 3rd date was Sunday and the bank did not operate or o2 did not proceed on Sunday?

Yes, @Andrascu Bogdan. Banks do neither book nor operate on Sundays. If you already had the transaction information in your account it will be debited within five bank working days (Mondays thru Fridays).

last month before he took my monthly rate he wrote to me Incoming transactions to TT 49,50 euro  in the commerzbank application!  this month to this day no one has notified me and I don't know why they don't write to me like before, that is incoming transactions ! I did a sepa mandat so I shouldn't worry that in the end o2 withdraw from my card right?

How could o2 charge your card? They’ll always debit your SEPA-Account unless you revoke the mandate.

I gotta admit, you kinda lost me there. I don’t really get the issue here, so let me get this straight: you had an announcement  for an incoming transfer from Telefonica/o2? Additionally, you’re worried that your monthly rate hasn’t been debited, is that right so far?

when I made the rate for the phone in the first month, the application from commerzbank informed me that I was going to pay the phone in the amount of 49.50!  this is the monthly rate!  instead this month until this day o2 has not taken the money for the phone!  I made a mandate sepa ! The first month o2 took 49,50 but later in this month didn’t took my money !

@Andrascu Bogdan

OK… When did you make the contract? Did o2 already debit any money from your account? If so, when? Plus: what does the rate plan in your “Mein o2” say about the due dates?

Here is my plan ! This Mounth didn’t took money from my BANK account!

Hello @Andrascu Bogdan

So it is just as I wrote before @Andrascu Bogdan - sometimes it just takes a little longer with the “MyHandy” contracts, until the money is actually debited. I have some other hardware contracts, one of those has it’s due date every 16th of each month. One month it took until the 27th ‘til the money got debited.

No need to panic, just wait a couple of days. 😉

the idea is to not Affect me or schufa ! Thx a lot ! Appreciate you!

Hello everyone,

thank you for contacting us here in the community @Andrascu Bogdan.
And many thanks to @SethVanDoom for the help and conversation on this issue 😊

As I see it after reading the posts, your original question/concern seems to have been conclusively dealt with. Do you agree with me there, @Andrascu Bogdan?
As SethVanDoom has already written, it may take some time. The only thing you can influence is whether there is enough money in your account. You don't have to worry about anything else. Should there not be enough money on one of the debit days (just hypothetically, I'm not referring to you), you would receive a reminder. In this case, however, the amount will certainly be debited from your account within the next few days.

Kind regards
Jessica 🌷
