Scammed By O2 people over phonecall and ended with unwanted contract

I was a o2 customer for more than one and half year with Mobile phone adjoined o2 sim contract.One month before I got call from o2 by providing free data or something without paying anything.After one month I didnt even used any sim they provided or I didnt recieved any o2 sim.but Now I got a payment of extra sum double of money that I am currently being paying.I am fed up with this Manipulating people with scams and tricks.why companies are tricking people.Now I have to pay money for a new number with a new contract with new sim for 2 years more.I am depressed with this harmfull behaviour from corporate companies towards polite customers.

Briefly about your concerns:
If any changes were made incorrectly over the phone, then I am of course sorry. Of course, it could have been a misunderstanding.
Did you receive an email with the overview and information about the changes after the phone call and the change?
Generally, you have a cancellation period of 14 days. If these 14 days have elapsed, you can no longer cancel the contract.
What exactly were you charged additionally?
Which pack or which option was booked additionally?
Is this a fixed-term contract for you?
