revocation of contract extension


HI,

I went to o2 shop on 05.09.2022 as I was having problem with my SIM. person at shop changed esim to physical sim and it started working.But on 06.09.2022 i received mail saying new tariff has been activated for 2 years.

But i didn't want any new contract or extension of existing contract, so i went to same shop and asked them to cancel my contract extension and tariff change. they said they did it ,but i didn 't received any information that it 's been canceled  .I called customer care and they said it 's not cancelled.So please cancel that order.

Hello @Omi191,

unfortunately we can’t cancel contracts that were made in a shop, this also applies to contract extensions.

Please contact the shop again, because a cancellation can only be carried out there. I'm sorry we don't have a way to help further here.

Hi,

I Contacted them 3 times, but they are always saying they will cancel it but they are not doing.

So indirectly they are trying to forcefully extend my contract as they will get commission.

I was not expecting such behavior from o2 shop employees.

So what am supposed to do now? Should i just accept it and pay for 2 years?

in this case, a trader's complaint would be the right way to go.

However, I see that this has already been created.

There was also a reply to you that you signed the contract and therefore the order was correct.

A copy of the contract with your signature was sent to you.
