I had ordered an iphone and speaker in July and was shipped to my address. Unfortunately it was not delivered because they could not identify my building. I would the items to be shipped again at the same address since I have being paying for these already. O2 has been charging me and I have not received the package yet. I just completed all my outstanding bills today. thanks

sorry for the late reply! If a package returns to us, the contract for the included item will most likely be terminated.
If that’s the case, you should of course receive a message about that. After the return and cancellation, you’re free to order the same phone again.
