Can someone please help me on this. I’ve already wasted my 2 hours for this. I am calling the hotline… It is a a total dead-end… I cannot reach anybody. Using IVR technology is good, but you should consider your international customers as well I suppose!!!
I have already signed a contract with a different provider. To be able to use my O2 number, I am told that O2 side must release this number.
How can I do this online?

When your contract is canceled, your number is automatically released and your new provider can port it. To which date will your contract end?
If the contract is still running, you can release your number at Meino2 and the Meino2 App. Are you registered there?
The fee for the number portabilityis 6,82 EUR.
