Regarding a service I signed up for


I signed up for an LTE internet connection and you don't have good reception where I live
And I want to cancel it

And I don't speak German and it is very difficult to talk to a representative

Is there an e-mail address that I can address and explain everything?

You can cancel the contract within 14 days by email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de.

Hi @danielmandbs7 thanks for writting us here in our community.
Where have you signed/ordered the contract? Cancelling within the first 14 days are only possible when you signed online or on the phone.

Oh, then in that case you will not be able to cancel, you can only terminate the contract at the end of the contract term.

A withdrawal from your contract might not be possible, but we can look into the connection issue.

Is the reception always bad, or during specific times of day?

Can you give us an address near where you live, so we can check the network in the area? Please don’t post your exact address as this is a public forum 🙂
