Refund from O2 Loop.

Hello! I have not used this Prepaid S tariff from O2 which I just cancelled and terminated today. I was not informed that it would be renewed through text.

 

I believe this tariff renewed because I was subscribed to an O2 Loop payment system. Now I have switched to O2 Prepaid.

When can I expect a refund to my balance?

How can I stop all automatic renewals and only allow manual subscription?


I am learning the mein O2 app little by little which is why I could have been confused about the different Deutsch words used.

Is this about the period from 23.09. - 22.10.? Did you not use it during this period? If you have set up an automatic top-up and have not canceled it, you will be debited monthly.
When did you cancel the pack?

This is about the above offer, o2 Prepaid S since 22.10.2024 which I did not use for data or to call and text at all. I cancelled the pack in October 30.

well, if you allowed us to debit outstanding amounts directly from your bank account you better stop the SEPA mandat. Even if you don’t have a package the dayflat is charged as long as the SIM card is in your mobile phone connecting with the internet. This is 2 EUR/a day. So if you don’t use it just put the SIM aside.
