O2 are sneaky liars. I was on the phone with you last month trying to remove a charge from my account for a service I did NOT sign up for and the customer service rep said the charge would be deducted from my next invoice but alas, it has not. Then she convinced me to sign up for a new contract kostenlos.. what a f*cling joke. Snakes. Give me my refund.
I need a refund too. It was not deducted from my following invoice like the customer service rep said it would be.
Also how about instead of “forgetting” to apply a credit to the next invoice you just immediately give a refund???

First of all, I would like to ask you to use more kindness in your wording. I understand that you are upset about our customer-service as a promised refund was not done. I regret that a lot.
But I see that a refund is now on the way. Within 2 weeks you should have the refund on your personal bank-account.
Additionally, I cannot see a new contract. I only see that you prolonged your contract for further 24 months.
Is everything clarified for you then?
