Recharge problem

I am facing problem in loading money in my O2 app. I would like to load 10€ in my account. Also I got a message saying that an amount of 9,99€ will be debited from my account for O2 prepaid pack S. I have attached the the screenshot of message with this message. Why is 9,99 € getting debited from my account? Even when I haven't activated any plan yet.
