Question 1: When does the payment actually occur? It’s been 3 days since the contract has been taken over. I got the new credentials for the DSL, but I was still not charged. I am afraid I may have gotten the bank details wrong.

 

Question 2: How do I log in to Mein O2? Do I need to make a new account?

I tried to make a new account as a DSL customer, but they ask for my 4 digit customer number, which I don’t think I have. Can you tell me where I can find this number, or any other way I can log in to Mein O2?

I just had a look. Yes, I confirm that the owner change of your DSL-contract was successful. 

 

If I understood you correctly, you still miss your first invoice dated 28th September 2020. Just have a look here: http://g.o2.de/rechnung-aktuell

 

What we still miss, is your SEPA-agreement: http://g.o2.de/sepa-formular Please fill it out and send it to the contact address or fax-number mentioned in the form. 

 

Concerning your second question, I see that you have registrated your DSL-contract already at “Mein o2”.

I cannot access http://g.o2.de/rechnung-aktuell, it says that there is a “technischer Probleme”

As for the SEPA agreement, I am assuming that this needs to be filled out if I want the monthly feel to be debited? I will send this as soon as possible. As soon as O2 receives the SEPA agreement, will O2 retroactively handle any late fees?

I regret that you cannot access your invoice at “Mein o2”. Did you already check if it is possible with the Mein o2-App ?

 

Concerning your SEPA-agreement, if we receive the form before the 6th October, you will have a chance that we directly debit the open amount from your bank-account.
