Question 1: When does the payment actually occur? It’s been 3 days since the contract has been taken over. I got the new credentials for the DSL, but I was still not charged. I am afraid I may have gotten the bank details wrong.
Question 2: How do I log in to Mein O2? Do I need to make a new account?
I tried to make a new account as a DSL customer, but they ask for my 4 digit customer number, which I don’t think I have. Can you tell me where I can find this number, or any other way I can log in to Mein O2?
