Hi,

We have just moved from prepaid sim to contract sim card. We have asked the guy from o2 office to utilize the option of having multicards for one tariff (so my husband could also use internet as it says on the o2 page on tariffs). But as it appears the guy just made 2 separate contracts for us. We also did not know and where not offered 100 euro bonus, later out friends told us about that :(

Can you turn off my husband’s contract and put his number on my tariff? We are both students, so the budget is pretty tight and 20 euro does make a difference.

Thanks in advance/

Hi @dinaress,

A MultiCard always has the same phone number as the normal SIM card. It is therefore not possible for you to share a contract but have two SIM cards with different phone numbers.

Kind regards,
Alex

Dear @dinaress ,

welcome to our community. 💨

Unfortunately, it is the case that contracts concluded in the shop cannot be revoked, as you have the opportunity to view the contract details on site and then also sign them.
Therefore, we cannot simply deactivate the contracts. You can cancel the additional contract after 24 months.
As @MXP_Alex  has already explained correctly, a multicard uses the same phone number as the main card, so you can't use it to call each other, for example.
I assume that you also had two prepaid tariffs with two phone numbers before, is that correct? Then you must have received a main contract and a so-called partner contract in the shop, becaus you had two different phonenumbers.
Unfortunately, I can't see your data because your community account is not linked to your contract.

Kind regards,

Andrea
