Hello 

 

I would like to cancel my PS5 preorder 
I have ordered it on 11/02/2023 and till now I have no update 

I made contract on a shop in stuttgart and I would like to cancel this how do I do this!!

Hello @Gebrilllll ,

if you’ve ordered it through a shop a cancellation is probably not possible, in any case you’d have to go to the shop where you ordered it to ask for it, as the sending a mail to widerruf@cc.o2online.de won’t help you in the case of something that you got from a shop.

@o2_Antje hello I have ordered my ps5 on 11/02/2023 and still the status vorbestellung !! is there any update I see that people have received their PS5 already
