I am trying to recharge my O2 sim through O2 online portal , the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the plan has not been activated. It says, insufficient balance. I have tried to recharge plan of 10 euros two times. 20 euros has been deducted from my bank account, but the plan is not activated. Can i get refund of my amount. Need assistance as soon as possible. Thankyou
