Dear Sir,Madam,

I am trying to recharge my O2 sim through O2 online portal , the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the plan has not been activated. It says, insufficient balance. I have tried to recharge plan of 10 euros two times. 20 euros has been deducted from my bank account, but the plan is not activated. Can i get refund of my amount. Need assistance as soon as possible. Thankyou

As far as I can see our customer support have solved your problem in the meantime and the package is now activated and the charges were refunded.

This is regarding prepaid recharge issue happened with my number. I have done online recharge 2 times this morning but the recharge was not successful. Though the 15.49 euros deducted from my bank account two times (30.98 euros) in total but neither of the recharge was not done on my number.
Need support in this regards.

Yes, two times through online recharge the transfer was done. One with sofort and another with direct bank transfer.

I got refund of 15.49 euros yesterday (after 4 days) of one recharge but for another recharge, neither recharge done nor refund. 
Can you please check the status of another recharge done one same day? I am not able to use my phone because of pending recharge’s.

i was happy to take a look. The top-up has been completed and the Pack Prepaid M has been successfully activated.
In this case, it should now be possible to make calls and surf the Internet again.

I visited o2 store and did this recharge yesterday by paying 15.49 euros explicitly as my phone was not working. As per the suggestion, I was waiting since last Saturday but neither refund was done nor recharge for the amount deducted. I am still waiting for the refund of amount for which recharge was not successful. Please let me know if you need transaction number as well in investigate more.

Go to the o2 store. Top-ups are booked directly. Usually with fixed amounts, such as 15 EUR
