Prepaid S renewal

I have a prepaid S. Yesterday it expired and I immediately topped up my balance. In FAQ it's said that it will be automatically renewed, but it wasn't. Instead this morning I received an SMS, that the balance is not sufficient to extend the S pack. There are 15 euros on the balance, the S tariff costs 10. Can you please help me with this?

The top-up with credit and the pack deactivation have overlapped. 
The top-up took place after the pack had already been deactivated. 
Please try to book a pack again now.

can you please explain where exactly? under my balance it's just written that I have o2 Loop

Can you then update it in FAQ please? 

 

Because it says: 'If you do not have enough money valid on your prepaid account the pack will not be extended. It will then be waiting. As soon as you charge enough credit again the activation happens and you can use the package for 4 weeks again. You will get an information via text message then about the process.’ And it's just not correct.

I have to ask again if I understand it correctly: 

You didn't top up any money and then you received the notification that the balance is not sufficient. As my colleague already said, it probably overlapped in your case because you quickly topped up your credit immediately afterwards. Did it work after you tried to book again?

Hello Lea,

Yes, that's right. I booked the S package again and it works now, but, as I said, it wasn't renewed automatically after I topped up.
