Prepaid recharge not successful and the amount deducted from the bank account

Hello O2 Team,

I had recharged O2-Prepaid sim on 01. May 2023 with 15 Euros through O2 online portal, the amount has been deducted from the bank account, but the amount had not credited. I had recharged today for another 15 Euros, it is credited to the account.

Could you help me with this regard?

I can see an express charge on May 2nd to your account from which your current pack was also paid directly.
