Prepaid Number Protability from Lebara to O2


I want to port my Lebara number to O2. I have received confirmation from Lebara to port. And then I raised request with O2 but i got a message saying I am not registered. 

 

I went through the below FAQ for registeration but it does not allow me to register without login out of my community account. Also, it does not allow me to update my details in mein O2.

Also, i have send an email to o2-rufnummernmitnahme@telefonica.com, stil  there is no reply. Can you please help with the process. Thanks.

You already have a active prepaid sim?

You can activate your sim here.

After that it should be possible to register your prepaid sim and start the porting of your number.
