Whenever i login with my O2 account it displays this error.

Aufgrund technischer Probleme können Ihre Daten in Mein O2 derzeit nicht geladen werden. Bitte probieren Sie es später noch einmal oder versuchen es alternativ in der Mein O2 App.

welcome to our community 😊
I understand that you want to use your My o2 access to manage your contract. Since I don't have any data from you at the moment, please send me your order number, call number or customer number as well as your personal customer code via PN to @o2_Support so I can take a look at it in detail.

Whenwver i try to login with the community account credentials, it gives me error.

 

 

But it doesnt give me an error when i logon with my SIM.

This is my number 49176xxxxxxx82. I dont have any other details. I had send an email to port my number which is going to happen on 12th July. I can access the o2 account using my number. But I get the problem when I login using the email id.

Hey. I cannot send private messages to anyone. Please can someone help with this at the earliest Thanks.

This is really frustating as I am facing below issues and hardly there is any solution from O2.

  1. This community account is not useful as it not connected to my O2 prepaid number.
  2. I cannot create a community account from my O2 prepaid number as i already have this account which is not linked.
  3. I cannot send my personal details in this conversation as its not allowed and I cannot send a private message to any of the O2 moderators.
  4. Even if i login to O2 account with my mobile number it  shows plan as O2 Loop which is costly. And i cannot change the plan as it displays below message.

Leider ist ein Tarifwechseln über „Mein O2“ derzeit nicht möglich. Bitte verwenden Sie den Tarifmanager über *107# auf Ihrem Handy um den gewünschten Tarifwechsel durchzuführen.

I have already gone through the community for above issue and couldnt find any solution. I want to change my from plan from O2 Loop to O2 my Prepaid M.

Can someone please contact me or provide a solution at the earliest. Thanks.

This is the safest way to exchange private data, like your mobile number or private costumer code.

I am a new O2 internet at home DSL customer.

I have the same problem to access to my data in order to confirm the activation date and info.

Each time I login with the email address and password, I get the following error:

I tried with the app and I fgace the following error:

Die Daten konnten nicht geladen werden.

I have just the contract number and a 10 digit rufnummer. I tried to register with the rufnummer, but I faced to the unregistered number.

 

I appreciate if yoou can help me to solve this issue.

This just looks like a problem with the page not loading properly. Please try using a different browser and refresh the cookies and cache.

Thank you for your messgae and suggestion.

I tried on Chrome, Firefox and Edge on two different computers and I faced to the same error.

At the moment I do not have access to my account and cannot check anything even the contract or even in which stage is my request for the DSL. This problem persist already a week and nothing has changed. The same issue to access the account through the app is still present (cannot load my data).

I appreciate if you can help me to solve the problem.

if I understand you correctly you are trying to access the mein o2 for a DSL contract that is not yet up and running?
You can only register a DSL contract after the activation. That is almost certainly why you are getting error messages when you are trying to access anything and can’t register it either.

Thank you for your message.

Then I will wait untill the activation day (as indicated in the letter I received) maximim 2 hours after the requested activation time frame the line should be activated and then I will try again.
