I am writing to get some help with cancelling my o2 contract. I got a new o2 sim card on 13th March 2024. I have the O2 Mobile Unlimited Max Online plan. I was promised high speeds but I barely get a fraction of those speeds. I am an IT professional and I need stable internet. I already have another O2 sim card but I got the second one specifically for the internet. After use I realised it does not meet my needs. I tried to cancel the contract before but I did not get any response. How can terminate this contract?

If you ordered the contract yourself online or by phone you have a 14 day period in which you can withdraw from the contract. If you signed it in a shop or these time has already passed, then you can cancel the contract and it would get deactivated at the end of the regular contract duration.
