Porting of my number


Hello O2, 

Unfortunately, I switched to another operator and I would like to port my number listed here in my profile. I already requested with my new provider to start porting process, but I am not sure should I request here from you anything or it is enough they contact you. 

Either way, I would like to start this process asap. Let me know if I need to do something.

Hello, you have to release your phone number with o2 for portability. You can apply for this yourself at any time at Mein O2 under Contract -> Sim Management -> Take phone number with you. And then you can take your phone number with you to another provider.
