Dear O2 team, 

 

Could you please release my prepaid number for me to take to another provider? 

 

I have sent a post with the signed “ Call number portability and termination of the mobile phone contract ” to  Customer Care,  90345 Nuremberg. Could you check if it ’s received and been proceeded?

I had a look at the system and you number is already released 😊 You can now take it with you to your new provider.
